When we receive your order, our financial department will check the payment. Once the payment received and has been confirmed, we will ship out your order in one or two days' time. At same time, we will provide you the tracking number and link, which you could track on your spare time.
Normally the order will take 7-10 working days to be arrived. Tracking number will be efficient in 24 - 48 hours' time. If anytime you want to know the delivery status, especially when the parcel haven't been arrived on expected date, can you please check it by using the tracking number and tracking link. Or you can phone local parcel company to check the delivery status of your parcel by providing them your tracking number and the other information as they requested. As if the parcel is been sending back to us due to some reasons, we will charge you the postage for resending the item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to bestsevicer@gmail.com the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return product(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your products new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We provide free shipping to you and do not charge a restocking fee. we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
